Not only was she martyred at a very young age (she was a teenager) but she also converted 50 of the time’s brightest pagan preachers and scholars through her wisdom. She inspired them to such an extent that they gladly suffered and were martyred for their newly found faith.

It is for the same reason that we were inspired to elect her as our Patron Saint and Protector.
